Adam Karabec

Adam Karabec is a Czech midfielder who developed at Sparta Praha after beginning his youth career with Bohemians 1905. He joined Sparta’s academy at 13 and progressed through the club’s youth teams, earning recognition as the CEE Cup’s best player with the under-19 side. Karabec made his professional debut for Sparta Praha at 16 and became part of the senior squad during the 2020/21 season. He helped the Prague club win league titles in 2023 and 2024 before spending the 2024/25 campaign on loan at Hamburger SV. In Germany, he played 31 league matches, scoring three goals and supplying four assists. A left-footed attacking midfielder, Karabec operates centrally or from the right, where he can move inside to pass, cross and create chances. He has represented the Czech Republic at youth level and moved on loan to Lyon in 2025.
