Adam Kadlec

Adam Kadlec is a Czech defender born on July 6, 2003. He began his development at SK Slovan Kunratice, where he played from 2009 to 2013, before joining AC Sparta Praha. After five years in Sparta’s academy, Kadlec moved to Bohemians Praha 1905 in 2018. He gained senior experience with the club’s B team in the Czech third tier and made his league debut in May 2021. During the 2023–24 season, he recorded 20 Fortuna Liga appearances, operating mainly at right-back while also covering right midfield and centre-back. That positional range reflects a defender able to contribute across different phases rather than being restricted to one role. Kadlec is now listed with Mlada Boleslav, continuing a career that has progressed from Prague youth football through Bohemians and into senior domestic competition.
