Anthony Jung
Anthony Jung is a German defender, born in Villajoyosa, Spain, on 3 November 1991. He developed in the Wiesbaden area and joined Eintracht Frankfurt's academy in 2005 before beginning senior football with FSV Frankfurt in the 2. Bundesliga in 2012. In 2013, Jung moved to RB Leipzig and was part of the club's rise through Germany's divisions. A loan spell with FC Ingolstadt followed, including his Bundesliga debut in 2016. Jung then joined Brøndby in 2017, where he moved from left-back into a central role and won the Danish Cup in 2018 and the Superliga title in 2021. He returned to Germany with Werder Bremen in 2021 and later joined SC Freiburg, continuing to provide experience and left-sided defensive versatility.
