Alexandre Toundé Dimitri Jankewitz

Alexandre Toundé Dimitri Jankewitz is a Swiss midfielder who developed through the academy system before returning to Switzerland to rebuild his senior career. He joined BSC Young Boys in July 2021 after his early professional experience in England. Jankewitz subsequently spent time on loan at FC St. Gallen and FC Thun, where he assumed greater creative responsibility and scored his first senior goal. He later moved to FC Winterthur, initially on loan, before making the club his permanent home in August 2024. At Winterthur, Jankewitz operates as a central or defensive midfielder, combining physical coverage with ball progression and positional discipline. He can drop between the centre-backs to begin attacks and helps protect the defence through his work without the ball. Jankewitz has also represented Switzerland in youth international football and remains part of Winterthur’s midfield group.
