Andrin Hunziker

Andrin Hunziker is a Swiss attacker from Basel. He began at FC Therwil before entering FC Basel’s academy. Hunziker reached Basel’s first-team squad during the 2020–21 season and made his league debut against St. Gallen on 27 February 2021 as a substitute. Basel later secured him on a four-year professional contract in June 2021. He moved to FC Aarau on loan in 2022–23, scoring eight goals in 28 appearances. After returning to Basel, he scored in the league opener and Swiss Cup before suffering an ACL and partial inner-ligament injury in training in August 2023. Hunziker then joined Karlsruher SC on loan, scoring twice in 16 appearances in 2024–25. Listed with FC St. Gallen, he brings a 1.92-metre frame to a forward role suited to aerial duels and link-up play.
