Axel Wilson Arthur Disasi Mhakinis Belho

Axel Disasi is a French centre-back born in Gonesse on 11 March 1998. He entered professional football with Paris FC, making his Ligue 2 debut in December 2015 before moving to Reims after the club’s relegation. At Reims, Disasi developed through the reserves and helped the first team win the 2017–18 Ligue 2 title. He established himself in Ligue 1 during the 2019–20 season, making 32 appearances as Reims finished sixth and qualified for Europe. In 2020, he joined Monaco, where he became a regular defender and later captained the side. His performances earned a place in France’s 2022 World Cup squad, and he made his senior debut during the tournament against Tunisia before appearing in the final against Argentina. Chelsea signed Disasi in August 2023, and he scored on his debut against Liverpool in a 1–1 draw.
