Assane Dioussé El Hadji

Assane Dioussé El Hadji is a Senegalese midfielder born in Dakar on 20 September 1997. He developed in Empoli’s academy from 2010 and made his Serie A debut against Chievo in August 2015 as a teenager. Dioussé established himself in Empoli’s midfield before moving to Saint-Étienne in July 2017. His French spell included loan periods with Chievo and Turkish club Ankaragücü. He later continued his career with OFI Crete in Greece, where he combined midfield work with occasional scoring. Dioussé returned to France with Auxerre in 2023 and is registered with the club, providing experience in a holding midfield role. At international level, he represented Senegal and won three caps between 2017 and 2018, including involvement in the 2018 World Cup qualifying cycle.
