Alexandro Calut

Alexandro Calut is a Belgian defender born in Charleroi on 22 April 2003. He began playing with RFC Baulet and JS Taminoise before spending four years at Sporting Charleroi and one year in the Racing Genk academy. In 2016, Calut joined Standard Liège’s youth system and signed his first professional contract on 1 July 2021. He made his Standard first-team debut on 8 May 2021 in a 2–1 win over Gent, then continued developing with the club’s SL16 side in the Challenger Pro League. During the 2022–23 campaign, he recorded two goals and two assists in 22 matches for SL16. Calut spent the 2023–24 season at OH Leuven on development loan and is currently listed with Standard Liège II. He has also represented Belgium at under-17 and under-19 level.
