Archibald Norman Brown

Archibald Norman Brown is an English defender from Birmingham, born on 28 May 2002. He began developing at West Bromwich Albion before joining Derby County’s academy at 15, where he was used primarily as a winger. In the 2018–19 Under-18 Premier League final, Brown scored a hat-trick and supplied an assist as Derby defeated Arsenal to win the club’s first youth top-flight title. At 18, he moved abroad to Lausanne-Sport, joining the Swiss club in 2021 and scoring his first professional goal in February 2023. Brown then transferred to Belgian side Gent in 2023, making 33 league appearances during the 2024–25 season. He joined Fenerbahçe in July 2025 and is listed with the Turkish club. Brown has also represented England at under-20 level, reflecting his progression from attacking academy player to a defensive role.
