Anastasios Bakasetas

Anastasios Bakasetas is an attacking midfielder from Korinth, Greece, known for operating behind the forwards and contributing from advanced positions. He developed at Asteras Tripolis and made his professional debut for the club as a teenager in 2010. Bakasetas later established himself at AEK Athens, helping the club win the Greek Super League title in 2018. He then continued his career in Turkey with Alanyaspor before joining Trabzonspor in 2021. At Trabzonspor, he helped end the club’s long wait for a league championship by winning the Süper Lig in 2022. Bakasetas returned to Greece with Panathinaikos in early 2024, adding experience and attacking quality to the midfield. He has also represented Greece internationally, while his role can extend from a No. 10 into central midfield or the right wing.
