Allan Arigoni
Allan Arigoni is a Swiss defender, born in Zürich on 4 November 1998. He developed through Riarena, Locarno, Bellinzona and Team Ticino before joining the Grasshopper Club Zürich academy in 2016. Arigoni signed his first professional contract with Grasshoppers in August 2017 and debuted against FC Zürich in February 2018. He remained with the club after its 2019 relegation and helped Grasshoppers return to the Swiss Super League in 2021. In 2022, he moved to FC Lugano, where he gained European experience in the Europa League and Conference League. Arigoni then joined Chicago Fire on loan in 2024, making a cross-continental move to Major League Soccer. A right-back by trade, Allan Arigoni can also cover centre-back and left-back, offering positional flexibility in defence. He returned to Grasshoppers in 2025, bringing experience from Switzerland and MLS back to his formative club.
